  1. I always feel like one of us (we?) readers should act as a cutman after these posts, swabbing your brow and offering water. Thank you, always, for all you and Trystan and Kendra do. I like the idea of beetle wing embroidery, but the shapes on that particular dress are kinda odd. I much prefer the ancient Egyptian style that was referenced in the 1920s.

    1. Definitely the oranges dress from the V&A, striking though the others are. It’s delicious and unexpected.
