Versailles! Good news, the trip is already planned. I’d have hated to change it 😁

Howards End! It’s perfect, as I’m reading the novel right now! Like, it’s next to my keyboard.

    Downton Abbey was my destination.

Next time can you add reading? I’m a redhead and don’t go out in sun much. My favourite summer foods are mahi and salads also steaks.

I prefer equestrian activities on land, not such plebeian activities as gardening even if Marie Antoinette liked to pretend to do it.

Downton Abbey here! Now does anyone have the winning lottery numbers to make this vacation a reality? Lol

Another Pemberly! I’ll take it. Parents and brother all ended up with Camelot… maybe because they’re all solo scuba divers?

I’m off to Downton. Totally ok with that, if I’m a guest not working as a scullery maid.

Silly thing but thank you for specifying it is summer in the Northern Hemisphere. So many northern bloggers simply talk about their weather as it is universal to their entire readership!! It’s cucking fold down here but I got Downton Abbey which would be lovely in winter too!

I got Downton Abbey but where I’ve always wanted to go is the Italian villa from Enchanted April (1991).

Pemberley! I’ll have a decent portrait made of Mr. Darcy, and I’ll be VERY gracious to Caroline Bingley, the better to shame her, the (1995 version) bitch.

Off to Versailles! I can deal with that. I loved the first time around! Tres charmant!
